Orofino Shooting Threat Arrest

OROFINO, ID - The Orofino Police Department has made an arrest in the case where a student had threatened to do a school shooting at Orofino Junior/Senior High School. The student was arresting Saturday evening at the Police Department after a three-week investigation.

From the Orofino Police Department:
The student was arrested on a charge of Threatening Violence on School Grounds and was placed into the Juvenile Detention Center in Lewiston.
 
The Police Department is still actively investigating 4 different bomb threats that have occurred at the school in recent weeks. No charges have been filed in those cases at the time of this release.
