Officers Seeking Information

LEWISTON, ID – Someone shot a buck from Tammany Creek Road and Conservation Officers are hoping you can help them find the poacher.  It happened Saturday, November 10th around 3:45 pm.  The mule deer buck was shot from the roadway and died in a hay field not far from there.

In a Press Release, Officer Rick Cooper said “After the buck was shot, the suspects were scared off by passing traffic and it was left in the field.”

If you have any information in this case, contact the Citizens Against Poaching hotline at 1-800-632-5999 or the Clearwater regional office of Idaho Fish and Game.  Their number is 208-799-5010.  You can remain anonymous, and you may be eligible to earn a reward if the info leads to an arrest.
