Long-Term Drug Investigation Nabs Two Friday

LEWISTON, ID – Two people were arrested Friday after a search of a Lewiston home on Thain resulted in drug charges. 

An LPD press release says Lewiston Police Officers arrested 38-year-old Joshua J. Musgrove and 38-year-old Andrea D. Ruddell.  Musgrove was arrested for delivery of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to deliver.  Both charges are felonies.  Ruddell was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Musgrove will be facing additional felonies for delivery of methamphetamines and trafficking heroin.  He’s also facing another pending felony drug charge and a felony eluding charge.

The actions Friday were part of a long-term investigation by LPD Detectives and the Quad Cities Drug Task Force.  Idaho State Police Detectives, Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Deputies, Clarkston Police Officers, and FBI Special Agents also assisted with the operation.
