1/2 Lb of Cocaine Snagged In Bust
PULLMAN, WA – Quad Cities Drug Task Force Officers took more than a half-pound of cocaine off the streets yesterday. Officers executed a search warrant on a home in the 1100 block of Monroe Street in Pullman. A press release says they found two grams of cocaine, scales, packaging material, snort tubes, and $190 in cash.
They arrested 23-year-old Francisco J. Torres, Jr. and took him to jail. They also searched Torres’ roommate’s room. The roommate wasn’t home, but in that room, the release says they found 229 grams of cocaine, 60 Xanax pills, and $700 in cash. Officers expect to file felony charges against the roommate.
Torres has been charged with felony Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver/Cocaine and three felony counts of Delivery of Controlled Substance/Cocaine.
