Equipment Provided For Kids To Try Fishing Free

June 8th | West Evans Pond | 8am - Noon

CLARKSTON, WA – In less than two weeks, you can take your kids fishing and get them a free hot dog to go with it.  The Pomeroy Ranger District and Asotin County Sportsmen are hosting the kids fishing day at West Evans Pond just outside Clarkston on June 8th.  Kids 14 and younger can try out fishing without having to buy anything.  The Ranger District will have rods and equipment that kids can borrow for the event.

It runs from 8:00 am until noon.  There’s no need to sign up, just bring your kids and show up.  For more information, you can call the Ranger District office at 509-843-1891.
