* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations will range
  from 2 to 3 inches in Kamiah to 4 to 7 inches on the Camas
  Prairie.
 
* WHERE...Kamiah, Craigmont, Nezperce, Winchester, and Soldiers
  Meadow Road.
 
* WHEN... through Wednesday afternoon.
 
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

Lewiston Area:
Today: Rain and snow to 4600ft and up to 4 inches, winds up to 16mph. High 40/ low 39.
Thursday: Rain, snow to 5400ft and up to an inch, cloudy, winds up to 17mph. 45/39.
Friday: Possible rain, snow to 3800ft, mostly cloudy. 45/35.
Saturday: Possible rain and snow to 3100ft, cloudy and breezy. 42/31.
Palouse Area:
Today: Rain and snow up to 4 inches, gusts up to 30mph. 39/37.
Thursday: Rain, snow to 4900ft and up to an inch, gusts up to 29mph, cloudy. 45/36.
Friday: Possible rain, morning fog, snow to 3600ft, mostly cloudy. 44/34.
