Breezy winds are expected today and Wednesday. Wind gusts of 30 to 35 mph are expected on Tuesday. Winds will strengthen for Tuesday night and Wednesday with gusts up to 45 mph. Isolated gusts to 50 mph are possible but carry lower confidence. The prolonged period of gusty winds could result in localized areas of blowing dust in the western Columbia Basin, minor tree damage, and isolated power outages. High profile vehicles could encounter

cross winds on areas of I-90, US 95, and US 195.
