(New Meadows) Local Worker Witnesses Law Enforcement Presence

While officially released updates are still being released, Ben Johnson, a local worker from Lewiston, witnessed increased law enforcement presence in New Meadows, ID.

"The man hunt for the guy who shot at police, sheriff's, and state patrol on hwy 55 between New Meadows and McCall is still going strong. These are pictures from a mobile command center that is set up in New Meadows at the local fire hall. And of Spokane County helicopters that are for air support in the parking lot next to the fire station. There is a lot of activity here in town plus guys dressed in full tactical gear."

"People should probably avoid that hwy, as there is extremely heavy law enforcement traffic and the suspect is still at large, armed and dangerous."
