Lewis Clark Valley Scavenger Hunt

Lewis Clark Valley Scavenger Hunt

PRESS RELEASE | 10/13/2020

Visit Lewis Clark Valley, the areas Visitor Bureau, launched the Lewis Clark Valley Scavenger Hunt.  The Lewis Clark Valley has many day visitors coming to shop at large box stores from all over the region. The goal of the scavenger hunt is to get the visitors to discover the locally owned stores, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. We consider this a micro-event with over 40 businesses participating and lasting until the end of the year. The purpose is to allow visitors to spread out throughout the community and discover local gems.

The Scavenger Hunt clues are in categories with the district code to each business’s location to be more user friendly. Hint, you can access our visitor map on the website link that will help you with the clues. You will be able to identify participating businesses by the attached window sign.

Participants can download and print the flyer with clues directly from our website https://visitlcvalley.com/scavenger-hunt/. The flyers will also be available at the participating businesses. The visitors must go to six locations listed on the flyer and get stamped by the business. After receiving six stamps, they enter-to-win a Lewis Clark Valley Getaway: 2 nights lodging at the riverside Holiday Inn, jet boat tour for two with Beamers Hells Canyon Tours, and a $50 Happy Day gift card. They can snap of picture of the filled out flyer on their phones and email it to info@visitlcvalley.com. There is a drop box located outside of the Visitor Information Center at 847 Port Way, Clarkston, WA 99403 or they can mail it in to the same address. The grand prize will be drawn on December 31, 2020.

We encourage safe visiting and have guidelines listed on the website as well as an attached copy.
