Day Shift handled the following notable calls: Deputies responded to the area of E. Hayden Lake Rd. X Tobler Rd. for a report of a vehicle sliding off and almost in the water. While in route, Dispatch was able to convince the driver to exit the vehicle. Crash report completed.


Deputies responded to the area of Prairie Ave. X Atlas Rd. for a traffic hazard. A manhole cover was broken and left open, causing a definite hazard. Deputies remained on scene until the HWY Dist. responded and replaced it.


Deputies responded to power lines that were knocked out in the area of Reservoir Rd. in Rathdrum due to the heavy snow. Avista responded.


A CSO responded to a package theft in the area of Emerald Dr. X Diamond Dr. A package showing as delivered was never located. Report completed.


A Deputy responded to a 2 vehicle non injury collision at Prairie X Ramsey. Report completed.


Deputies assisted in locating a reckless driver, reference a truck travelling SB US-95 at approximately 100mph. The vehicle returned to a residence on Rude St. With the help of unmarked Civil Deputies, the vehicle was located when it returned. ISP responded and handled the call.


Deputies responded to Rockford Bay Road X 95 for an unknown injury accident after a citizen located a vehicle on its top. The vehicle was involved in an already reported incident. The Deputy put crime scene tape on the vehicle to alert the public that it was already reported.


Deputies responded to the 95 X Summermill area for an abandoned vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined that the vehicle had broken down and the owner was back on scene. The driver was unable to afford a tow. Deputies assisted in getting permission for the vehicle to stay on private property for a few hours and pushed it off the road and out of traffic.


Evening Shift handled the following notable calls: A Deputy handled a theft at Super 1 –Athol. The RP said a male subject entered the store and stole a tool. In speaking further with store security he learned the same male had reportedly stolen from the store the day before as well. #20-55194


A Deputy stopped a vehicle in the area of Seltice X Innovation Way. On scene he determined the driver was DUI. The driver was charged for DUI. #20-55197


Deputies responded to a report of a Property Damage crash on Hayden Ave. west of Hwy 95. On scene they contacted the driver of Unit #1 and determined he was under the influence. They were charged for Excessive DUI. #20-55205


A Deputy located a vehicle traveling 60 mph in a 35 zone (Prairie W. of Hwy 95). After initiating a traffic stop, they contacted the driver and eventually charged her for DUI and other charges. #20-55199


Deputies responded to N. Crimson Dr. for a reported Domestic Dispute. On scene units contacted a husband and wife and their son. From statements gathered on scene, both parties had been drinking and started arguing over how to parent their son. A domestic report was completed and the parties were separated. #20-55198


Night Shift handled the following notable calls: Several Deputies responded to Rusty's in Hayden for a physical fight. The investigation revealed that a male and his girlfriend were having an emotional discussion. At some point, another male and his companion female friend got into an argument with the couple. All four ended up getting into a physical fight. Two parties sustained minor injuries. The parties involved wished to pursue charges, however a primary aggressor could not be determined so all of the offenders were charged for battery/assault. 21-00005


A Deputy stopped a vehicle at Seltice Way and Wellesley Ave. She ultimately charged the driver for DUI. 21-00021


Several Deputies responded to E Buckles Rd. for a report of a domestic dispute with a knife involved. While Deputies were in-route, it was relayed the female half had a knife at one point and threatened to kill herself. Her boyfriend was able to get the knife away from her. After the investigation the female was placed into protective custody. 21-00032
