Aging Mastery Program now Taking Registrations

PULLMAN — Registration for the fall series of the Virtual Aging Mastery Program® is now open through Pullman Parks and Rec.  This 6-week series is designed to empower participants by embracing longevity and spending more time doing things that are good for themselves and for others.

Sessions will focus on developing sustainable behaviors across many dimensions that lead to improved health, stronger economic security, enhanced well-being, and increased societal participation.

The series begins Thursday, October 7, and meets weekly via Zoom from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The cost for all 6 sessions is $20 and includes all curriculum materials and group coaching—led by AMP Certified facilitator, Noel Nicolai, PhD, Education Coordinator for Pullman Regional Hospital.

The course was developed by the National Council on Aging and is presented by Pullman Regional Hospital’s Center for Learning & Innovation.
