Routine Compliance Checks Leads to Idaho County Deputies Finding Multiple Individuals in Possession of Drugs

Idaho County Sheriff Office

IDAHO COUNTY - On Friday, December 31, around 10 a.m., Idaho County deputies assisted Idaho County Misdemeanor Probation in doing routine compliance checks, resulting in citing three individuals with various drug charges.

During their contacts with subjects at the Western Motor Inn, Susan Oharra, 58 years of age, a resident of the Western Motor Inn, was arrested for a felony warrant for failing to appear on two counts of 3rd-degree assault out of Asotin County, Washington.

In addition to the arrest for the felony warrant, three other local motel residents were cited for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and frequenting a place where drugs are used after Idaho County K9 Nation alerted several other locations at the motel.
