Little Chooses Grangeville As "Capital For A Day"

GRANGEVILLE, ID – Governor Brad Little will be spending a day in Grangeville.  The city was chosen in the “Capital for a Day” program in which the Governor brings several of his department directors with him to places outside of Boise.

Little will be in Grangeville July 30th from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at the Soltman Center at 607 W. Main Street.

He’ll be joined by Commerce Director Tom Kealey, Health and Welfare Director Dave Jeppesen, Labor Director Jani Revier, Transportation Director Brian Ness, Financial Management Administrator Alex Adams, Fish & Game Director Ed Schriever, and representatives from Idaho’s congressional delegation.

Representatives from other organizations will also be there including Veterans Services, Emergency Management, Idaho State Police, Water Resources, Department of Lands, Building Safety, and the Idaho State Historical Society.
