Without a Star Card, passport, or other compliant identification, citizens won’t be able board a plane or enter a federal facility after Oct. 1, 2020.

The purpose of quarantine is to prevent healthy people who’ve potentially been exposed to a communicable disease from spreading it to other people.

Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health Donates $1.5 Million to University of Idaho

MOSCOW, Idaho —  Today, the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health announced a $1.5 million donation to two University of Idaho scholarship programs. The University of Idaho will split the donation between the University of Idaho’s Vandal Promise Scholarship and Idaho’s WWAMI Medical Education Program.
