Pullman PD Sergeant Arrested

PULLMAN, WA - A Pullman Police Sergeant has been arrested and charged with custodial sexual misconduct in the first degree.  In April a female WSU student reported she was sexually assaulted.  Sergeant Dan Hargraves was arrested today by the Washington State Patrol.  He’s been on paid administrative leave or desk-duty since the initial report.

LEWISTON, ID – Two California men are in the Nez Perce County Jail on counterfeiting charges.  According to a press release, 32-year-old, Nipomo, California resident Kody Lee Samuels, and 30-year-old Arroyo Grande, California resident Lawson Duane Williams were found in possession of counterfeit $100 bills, solvents, washed $1 bills, templates, and computer equipment to print $100-bill markings onto the washed $1 bills.

CLARKSTON, WA – Drug Task Force Detectives arrested a Clarkston man Thursday morning, charging him with trafficking prescription medications.  Detectives from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force, Clarkston Police Department, and the Asotin County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics-related search warrant at the residence in the 1300 block of Fair Street.

LEWISTON, ID – If your driver’s license is about to expire, you’ll be getting a notice in the mail that you can renew it without having to go to a DMV office.  The Idaho Driver’s License system has been plagued with crashes and bugs since implementing the new system earlier this year.  The Idaho Transportation Department says the new computer program is stable, but transaction times are still slower than before. 

Pullman Woman Allegedly Murdered In Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Police say a Pullman woman has been shot and killed at the University of Utah by a registered sex offender.  Fox 13 reports Lauren McCluskey was shot by the man with whom she had ended a relationship after finding out his past.  McCluskey was a student at the University of Utah.  The University has cancelled classes today to allow students to mourn.
