BOISE, Idaho – For the first time since March 13, the Warriors were able to compete and they made it count. Both Lewis-Clark State Golf teams defeated the College of Idaho at Crane Creek Country Club in dual match that was cut short due to snow. The men took their match 5-2, and the women earned a 3-1 victory.

Idaho State Police Troopers arrested a Meridian woman this evening after a brief incident on the steps of the Idaho Statehouse.

The incident occurred at 6:00 p.m. as more than 100 people from two separate groups gathered on the Statehouse steps. As Troopers worked to keep the groups separated, a Trooper witnessed a woman reach out and attempt to grab another woman, causing both to fall down approximately three stairs. The Trooper was close enough to quickly try to stop the incident, causing him to also fall.

BOISE - Cameron Benjamin, 22, of Nampa, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 97 months in federal prison for possession of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. Chief U.S. District Judge David C. Nye also ordered Benjamin to serve 15 years of supervised release following his prison sentence. Benjamin pleaded guilty to the charge on August 17, 2020.

LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State Women’s Basketball season-opening weekend against Carroll College, originally scheduled for Nov. 14 and 15, has been postponed due to several members of the program testing positive for the coronavirus. Consistent with CDC guidance, safety measures have been taken and anyone that may have had close contact with the individuals has been notified.
