On December 17th 2020 at approximately 1700 hours, Sylvia "May" Kennedy (86 yoa) went missing from LaCrosse, WA. Kennedy suffers from severe dementia. Kennedy left the area driving her red Ford Ranger pickup.

collection on Friday will occur one day later on December 26th. During the week of New Years, regular collection will occur December 28th through December 31st, while regular
collection on Friday will occur one day later on January 2nd.

Governor Jay Inslee unveiled his proposed two-year state operating budget Thursday in Olympia, with new taxes on capital gains and health care premiums. Legislative Republicans were not impressed. John Sattgast reports.

BOISE – Nathanael Michael West, 23, of Kimberly, Idaho, was sentenced in U.S.
District Court to 36 months in federal prison for mailing threatening communications, U.S.
Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill also ordered
West serve three years of supervised release following his prison sentence. West pleaded guilty
to the charge on July 13, 2020.

After reaching out to their contact person at SDWR numerous times with no response this Spring, Heidi
and her family began to do research into why there had been no communication over the preceding
months. They realized the website’s fundraising page had disappeared, the office phone numbers were
disconnected and learned that SDWR had declared bankruptcy. Unfortunately, SDWR has now been deemed a big
scam. Heidi learned that SDWR has taken advantage of numerous other families. In fact, there are at least 206 other families who are in similar situations, and over 49 families have filed lawsuits against SDWR.

The money was gone and no dog was coming. Nikee was heartbroken.

On December 18th, at approximately 6:10 am, Idaho State Police investigated a two vehicle fatality crash on US95 near milepost 417, just south of Coeur d'Alene. 

Education groups are planning to ask Gov. Brad Little on Friday to change a 10-person spectator limit for student athletic events.

Troopers with the Idaho State Police are joining their partner law enforcement agencies throughout the state and the ITD Office of Highway Safety in supporting the effort to remove DUI drivers from Idaho roadways and keep families whole during this holiday season.

POCATELLO – Richard A. Burns, 37, of St. Anthony, Idaho, was sentenced in U.S.
District Court to 210 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute
methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. U.S. District Judge B. Lynn
Winmill also ordered Burns to serve five years of supervised release following his prison
sentence. Burns pleaded guilty to the charge on December 4, 2019.

BOISE – The Idaho State Board of Education gave its approval for Lewis-Clark State College’s proposal to offer a graduate certificate in Nursing Management and Leadership during its virtual meeting Thursday.
