LEWISTON, ID – Centurylink has a nationwide outage right now and it’s impacting local licensing offices.  The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office Driver’s Licensing system is down for all transactions.  They can take Concealed Weapons Permit applications, but they can’t issue an actual card.

NEZ PERCE COUNTY, ID – The Nez Perce County Sheriff is hoping you’ll help find a sex offender who is “non-compliant”.  William D. J. Enick is wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  They don’t currently know where he is and there’s an arrest warrant for him.

LEWISTON, ID – It was a less-than-merry Christmas for one Lewiston family.  Police officers responded to the 1100 block of 12th avenue just after 3:00 pm on the 25th when dispatchers heard a man screaming on the other end of the 911 call.  Officers arrived to find a man had broken into the home and was now fighting with the homeowner and his son.

300 Lewiston Jobs Gained In November

State Unemployment Rate Beating National

LEWISTON, ID – 300 new jobs popped up in Lewiston last month according to statistics released by the ID Department of Labor.  That brings the Lewiston total to 1,000 since January. The unemployment rate fell slightly to 2.6% which puts the state at the 15th consecutive month of rates below 3%.  The Gem State is beating the national average of 3.7%.
