Some Work Still Happening

CLARKSTON, WA – The downtown branch of the Asotin County Library is back open.  After a couple delays, the staff reopened the doors to the public on Friday.    There is still some work going on, and if you go, you’ll likely see construction happening around you, but the building and the improvements are available during normal hours.

Clarkston Girl Still Missing

CLARKSTON, WA – A Clarkston girl is still missing.  Cyanea Robins’ family hasn’t seen her since September 6th.  Her mother believes she was seen on the 9th at WalMart.  If you’ve seen her, call the Clarkston Police Department right away.  Their number is 509-758-1680.

Two Accidents On Hwy 95 Within 24 Hours

LEWISTON, ID – Two accidents within 3 miles and less than 24 hours apart sent people to multiple hospitals and claimed the life of a Mountain Home, ID woman.  At 1:05 Friday afternoon, a crash occurred on highway 95 near the Clearwater River Casino.  An Idaho State Police report says the driver of a Dodge Durango couldn’t stop when 20-year-old Mountain Home, ID resident Katherine Groggett entered the highway in a Toyota Corolla, trying to turn left.

Smarter Balanced Assessments

OLYMPIA, WA – Students in Washington are doing better than they were a year ago.  The change is slight, especially in Math, but still an improvement.  The SBA, or Smarter Balanced Assessment, tests gauge learning in English Language Arts, Math, & Science for students in 3rd through 8th grades and some high school students.
