LEWISTON, ID – A former Lewiston man is behind bars in California today on charges of sex offense involving a 16-year-old Lewiston girl.  LPD Investigators say 24-year-old Jessie Daniel Barnes and the victim exchanged numerous sexually explicit photos and videos between October and December this year.

The Asotin County Public Facilities District is meeting with an item agenda of next year’s budget.  There’s a public hearing to go with it, and that’s where they’d like to hear what you have to say.  Following the public hearing, there’s an item to adopt the proposed budget.

Idaho Rivers United Ends Involvement In Steelhead Lawsuit

BOISE, ID – With just a few days before the steelhead season ends early, one of the groups behind the threatened lawsuit is pulling out. 

The Boise group Idaho Rivers United sent out a press release encouraging Idaho Fish & Game to keep the steelhead fishing season open while awaiting the permit from the overseeing federal government agency.
