According to the American Occupational Therapy Association, 1 in 5 adults are diagnosed with arthritis annually. Physical and occupational therapy are the most common treatments for Osteoarthritis, usually helping with the relief of joint pain in just a few sessions. If you have arthritis, don’t fret- there is hope! While anti-inflammatory and pain medications will help for the time being, they are very much a short-term solution.

FOR THE TACOS

  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (about 28)
  • 1 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 ounces goat cheese (about ½ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn, or 1 teaspoon dried basil
