Homecoming is one of the institution's longest running traditions and 2020 will mark its 112th year. It is a time when we come together as a community to celebrate being Vandals and, even though we are in a time of uncertainty, the Vandal Family is strong and resilient. Homecoming will look different this year, but the week-long festivities will still feature student competitions, a campus office decorating competition, homecoming royalty selection, community service, downtown decorating and a “Walk & Wave” parade, all of which will culminate in the Fireworks Extravaganza!

The Babb Road Fire Recovery Group in conjunction with the Washington Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and its community partners will open a Multi-Agency Resource Center in Malden, Washington, on Friday and Saturday, September 25 and 26, 2020 at the temporary Malden City Hall.

WSU Looking for Pullman Businesses to Participate in WSU Fall Family Weekend

As you may be aware, the tradition of Mom’s and Dad’s weekend, built on bringing family to Pullman to experience campus through a student’s perspective, will now be Fall Family Weekend and Spring Family Weekend moving forward. We recognize and celebrate that the Cougar family continues to evolve and is different in every household. WSU students and those they hold closest as their advocates and loved ones are invited to be part of the Cougar Family. 

Be Outside Idaho Grant Program to Temporarily Suspend Grant Cycle for 2020-2021

The Be Outside Idaho grant program is temporarily suspending their grants for the 2020-2021 cycle. The difficult decision was made after several applicants from the previous 2019-2020 cycle were unable to complete their projects due to Covid-related complications.
