The term pre-hab is short for preventative rehabilitation. A physical therapist typically uses pre-hab in two ways. First, they can teach targeted exercises and stretches to patients who are at risk for serious injuries. Second, pre-hab is a form of physical therapy used prior to surgery to speed healing and recovery.

CLARKSTON, WA – Tomorrow starts free fishing weekend in Washington State.  That means you don’t need a license to reel in a big one.  You’ll still have to abide by the catch limits, size limits, and other state and local rules.  You also don’t need a vehicle access pass at the locations where one is usually needed.

CLARKSTON, WA – If your kids need a good lunch this summer, they can get a free one at a variety of locations.  The Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction is sending out a reminder that the Summer Food Service Program will be available for kids once school is out.  It’s designed to help kids in lower-income areas continue to get nutritious meals that they would normally get at school.

CLARKSTON, WA – Marley has gone missing.  He and the family’s other dog got out yesterday after 5:00 pm.  The other dog was hit by a car and was taken to the vet, but Marley got scared and ran off.
