LEWISTON, ID – This weekend you can learn to make a Tipi.  Nez Perce Tourism is offering a chance to learn how the Nimiipuu do it.  The event is at Winchester Lake, but it starts at the Red Lion Hotel in Lewiston.  CEO of Nez Perce Tourism Stacia Mofin says from there, a journey south includes stops and quite a bit to learn along the way.

NEZ PERCE COUNTY, ID – You’ll see more Idaho State Police Troopers on the road tomorrow.  They’re performing a High Visibility Emphasis Patrol to catch impaired drivers.  They’ll be paying close attention to those drivers, but they’ll still stop people for speeding, not wearing seat belts, and other infractions. 

Lewiston Fire Chief Sends Out Warning

LEWISTON, ID - The Lewiston Fire Chief is sending out a warning about the oncoming storms.  He says if you're watching the weather radar, it may not be accurate because it's out of service.  He also says the Fire Department is bringing on off-duty Firefighters to handle an expected rise in fires, downed power lines, and other emergencies.

Man Tasered In Clarkston Arrest

Charged With Resisting Arrest and Obstruction

CLARKSTON, WA – Videos are circulating Facebook and YouTube of an arrest by Clarkston Police Officers in the Wal Mart parking lot Monday afternoon.  The first officer there was responding to a call from a citizen for a car prowler.  The man was described to dispatchers as a 5’11” black man with a backpack.  The man in the video, Mark Domino, matches the description.
