JOSEPH, OR – Oregon Fish & Wildlife Troopers are asking for your help to find the people responsible for shooting a bull moose.  It was shot between November 8th and November 11th in Wallowa County, OR.  The investigation shows that the moose was shot and cut up off Forest Service Road 46 between Teepee Pond and mile marker 35 in the Chesnimnus Big Game Unit.

CLARKSTON, WA – Starting at 4:30pm, the annual Clarkston Christmas Parade will be cruising up 6th Street from Diagonal to just past Chestnut.  It’s free to watch, but you should park early if you want to be nearby.  There’s no parking on 6th Street all day.

LEWISTON, ID – Beautiful Downtown Lewiston has several family-friendly events running today called “Bundle Up Downtown”.  If you’re out shopping, you can peruse the stores downtown and enjoy some hot chocolate courtesy of Boy Scout Troop 152.  They’ll be at Brackenbury Square throughout the day to help warm you up.

Chief Joseph Foundation Event Nearly Doubles Goal

Funds For Youth Horse Arena For Cultural Learning

LEWISTON, ID – The first-ever Blue Skies & Trail Rides Fundraiser was a huge success for the Chief Joseph Foundation.  The event, held November 10th, will help build an indoor horse arena.  The arena will help teach Tribal and under-served area youth about Nez Perce history, heritage, and culture.  With a goal of $20,000, donor purchases reached $38,338 through auction buying, ticket sales, sponsorships, and cash donations.

LEWISTON, ID – One of the runways at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport is getting a facelift soon.  You can find out more about the runway reconstruction during a meeting presented by T.O. Engineers.  It's coming up December 4th at 6:00 pm. Members of the Airport Authority Board will also be there supporting the talk.  It’s at Board Member Gary Peters’ hangar #180.  That’s at the end of 5th Street.

Pullman PD Sergeant Accused Of Custodial Sexual Misconduct Resigns

PULLMAN, WA – The Pullman Police Sergeant charged with Custodial Sexual Misconduct In The First Degree has resigned from the Pullman PD. 

A press release says Dan Hargraves’ resignation came on the 26th, one day before he was scheduled to be interviewed by Pullman PD investigators to determine whether he had violated department policy.  The investigation proceeded without his statement and concluded that he violated a number of Pullman Police Department policies,

LAPWAI, ID – A student conversation initiated a lockdown at Lapwai middle and high school this morning.  A representative for the Nez Perce Tribe says the students mentioned someone might bring a weapon to school.  Police haven’t released what the weapon was.
