LEWISTON, ID – A Nez Perce County Deputy captured the same rider who ran from him in mid-July. On July 12th, a motorcycle rider ran from the deputy during a traffic stop. Because of high traffic, the deputy didn’t want to endanger the public, so he didn’t pursue the rider. Yesterday, an unnamed Lewiston citizen helped take down the alleged criminal.
