LEWISTON, Idaho – The Lewis-Clark State Baseball Team will be holding a fall raffle fundraiser for a chance to win a Camp Chef Smoker Grill with sear box and half a beef. All of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit the LC State Baseball program to help fund scholarships, travel expenses, facility improvements and equipment purchases.

The NAIA announced the institutions named Champions of Character Five-Star Award winners for the 2019-20 school year on Wednesday. LC State Athletics scored 100 out of 100 points to earn Gold, the top award possible. The Warriors are one of 68 programs to earn the full 100 points, based on the Champions of Character scorecard.

United Way and Local Community Organizations Lead Donation Management Effort

Whitman County, WA - United Way of Whitman County is helping coordinate the donation management effort for those affected by the local fires. There currently has been an outpouring of donations across the many collection sites and the community is asked to focus on essential and specific items.  Volunteers ask those wanting to donate to focus on essential items like deodorant, toiletries, plain packaged t-shirts, underwear, batteries, flashlights, garbage cans, and bags.
