Eight months ahead of the federally mandated deadline, the DMV continues to raise awareness about the importance of getting a Star Card—Idaho’s Real ID. Without a Star Card, passport, or other compliant identification, citizens won’t be able board a plane or enter a federal facility after Oct. 1, 2020.

“The interns joining my office this spring will have a unique perspective into the daily work of the U.S. Senate,” said Senator Crapo.  “They will be tasked with assignments to help them gain hands-on experience working in the legislative branch, and will witness firsthand how the needs of Idahoans are considered before Congress.  I look forward to having them in my office.”

Women’s Basketball Edged by Visiting Carroll College

LEWISTON, Idaho – It came down to the final minutes in the Activity Center on Friday night when the No. 17 Carroll College Fighting Saints drained the go-ahead 3-pointer to defeat the No. 21 Lewis-Clark State Women’s Basketball team. Despite struggles on the court, LC State kept the game close for all 40 minutes before falling 54-51.

LEWISTON—Drivers are encouraged to exercise caution as snowy, rainy and windy conditions are creating hazardous conditions by bringing trees and rocks down onto highways in North Central Idaho. Soils, saturated by moisture, are not able to anchor rocks and vegetation to hillsides.
