Guy Bennett Lumber Company is a family owned and operated sawmill located in Clarkston, WA seeking a millwright with experience welding, cutting, pneumatics, basic hydraulics, and alignment experience.  Applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of preventative maintenance and repair of sawmill equipment especially pneumatic valves and hydraulic cylinders.  Applicants must be able to read and understand blueprints.  Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems is preferred.

Pullman PD Sergeant Arrested

Charged With Custodial Sexual Misconduct

PULLMAN, WA - A Pullman Police Sergeant has been arrested and charged with custodial sexual misconduct in the first degree.  In April a female WSU student reported she was sexually assaulted.  Sergeant Dan Hargraves was arrested today by the Washington State Patrol.  He’s been on paid administrative leave or desk-duty since the initial report.

LEWISTON, ID – Two California men are in the Nez Perce County Jail on counterfeiting charges.  According to a press release, 32-year-old, Nipomo, California resident Kody Lee Samuels, and 30-year-old Arroyo Grande, California resident Lawson Duane Williams were found in possession of counterfeit $100 bills, solvents, washed $1 bills, templates, and computer equipment to print $100-bill markings onto the washed $1 bills.
