WENATCHEE, WA - The Bengals had chances to put together scoring drives, it had chances to stop Wenatchee. However, Lewiston just couldn't get out of its own way.
The Bengals went into the locker room down big, 42-14 to the Wenatchee Panthers. Quarterback Camden Sirmon was getting it done with his legs and his arm. Sirmon was responsible for all the Wenatchee scores.
Cruz Hepburn had a solid first half running the football for Lewiston. Filling in nicely as the everydown Bengals running back for the injured Michael Bramlett. He scored right before the end of the half.
Penalties were also big problem for the Bengals, they had seven in the first quarter alone. Lewiston is going to have to dig deep to finish this game.
