WENATCHEE, WA - The Wenatchee Panthers outran, outhit, and outhustled the Bengals in every way Friday night. Wenatchee came out on top 56-21.

The Bengals we're doomed early, the Panthers scored on its first three drives - putting the Bengals in a 21-0 hole early in the contest.

Lewiston would put points on the board near the end of the first half to narrow the score to 28-7. Wenatchee would keep its foot on the throat and hit big play after big play. Wenatchee's biggest lead of the night was 42-7.

Cruz Hepburn was the brightest spot for the Bengals on the night. He handlded the workload at the running back position. He broke out some solid runs and put his team in favorable situations. However, it might've been too little too late for the Bengals.

Lewiston kicks off its season 1-2 overall, next Friday they'll take on Clarkston in the annual Battle of the Bridges game.
